Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the Pakistan (PAK).

Shipping Timeframes

• Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders placed before 8:00 am will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on orders above Specific Amount.

• A flat shipping fee of 199 PKR applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customer convenience. Zero additional fee may apply for COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 3 Days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

• Refunds will be processed within 1-3 Days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failure to receive the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
